despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).

snow & little reindeers
I woke up this morning and saw that it looked white outside
I have decided to stay in today as I dont need to go out, I just hope that I can keep Evie from being bored ;o)
Yesterday I dressed Evie in a little reindeer outfit ;o)
I feel a little left out, no snow here! I've got this winter vomiting bug though but I'm feeling a little better now. Headache started yesterday, had it all night. Slept most of today except for being sick!
Evie looks really cute in her Christmas outfits. Please can you remind me what day Evie's birthday is. I'd like to send her a card. Thanks.
